ASHTEAD VILLAGE DAY 2026 - LET’S SING & DANCE!

Ashtead, get ready for the biggest day of the year!

Village Day is back on Saturday 13th June, and this year we’re turning the QEII Fields into a full‑on celebration of music, dancing and community fun.

We’re excited to welcome one of the UK’s top ABBA tribute bands as our headline act — so warm up those vocal cords and get ready to sing along.

What else is Happening?

Alongside our ABBA superstars, we’re thrilled to bring you the Black Eagles, a spectacular Tanzanian acrobatic dance group who always wow the crowd.

They’ll be joined by an amazing line‑up of local talent, including:

• Surrey Jive (40s & 50s dance)

• Performers from Lisa Allen Dance & Arts

• Young stars from The Theatre Academy

• The Epsom Rock Choir

• Ewell St Mary’s Morris Dancers

• Barnett Wood Lane School with their Maypole display

And roaming the field all day will be our resident DJ, Neil Munday, keeping the atmosphere lively.

Classic Car Parade

A Village Day favourite returns. Watch a stunning parade of classic cars cruise from the City of London Freemen’s School, through the village, and onto the QEII Fields. A great moment for photos and nostalgia.

Fun for the Whole Family

There’s plenty for children and families to enjoy throughout the day, including:

• Fairground rides

• Face painting

• Balloon modelling

• Jeb the Jester

• Stilt walkers

• Punch & Judy

• Workshops and hands‑on activities

It’s one of the biggest family days out in the Ashtead calendar.

Stalls, Food & Local Goodness

This year we’re hosting a record number of stalls from local shops, schools, clubs, and community groups. It’s the perfect chance to browse, chat, shop and discover something new.

Ashtead Rotary members will also be out and about — come and say hello if you’d like to get involved in community projects.

Your programme is your entry ticket (one per person): • £5 in advance (available early May from local shops) • £7 on the gate • Under‑12s go free
