14th November 2025 It was an early start for Christmas with the Ashtead Seniors Christmas tea party at the Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall.   Fifty local seniors attended the party which featured Bertie Pearce, magician extraordinaire, who beguiled us with his trickery and kept us laughing throughout with his humorous commentaries whilst dragging in unsuspecting victims to help with his show.   Magic was followed by the serving of the traditional Christmas Tea, comprising large h
