This year’s Ashtead Rotary Village Day theme, ‘Let’s Sing & Dance’, promises a feast of music, movement and joy for all ages.
The best way for family and friends to enjoy Ashtead Rotary Village Day is to plan and buy your programme in advance. Doing so gives you a 30% saving — a real bargain for a full day of entertainment.
Buying a programme from selected outlets around Ashtead (listed below) gives admission for one person aged 12 or over for just £5. That’s exceptional value compared with the £7 gate price and far cheaper than many commercial theme parks or family attractions across the country.
Even better, children under 12 go free, making Village Day one of the most affordable family events in Surrey.
Visitors should also know that every programme purchased helps Ashtead Rotary Club raise funds for local charities, community groups, sports facilities and international aid projects — including Rotary’s long‑running campaign to eliminate polio worldwide. By attending, you’re not just enjoying a great day out you’re making a meaningful contribution to both local and global communities.
The Ashtead Rotary Village Day programme is supported by a wide range of local businesses, most of who advertise in what is essentially fast becoming a 'local business directory', both to contribute to charity as well as to promote their business.

The headline act this year is the sensational ABBA Stars, whose high‑energy tribute will have the whole field singing along. Sharing the spotlight are the Black Eagles, the Tanzanian acrobatic dance group known for their breathtaking stunts and vibrant performances.
Local talent shines too, with fantastic displays from Surrey Jive, Lisa Allen Theatre Academy, and Dance Shack, each bringing their own rhythm and flair. Add uplifting performances from the Epsom Rock Choir and the dynamic pop group Los Cojones, and you’ve got a full day of music, movement and celebration.
